PHP certified therapy dog Atlas is loving his time at @kathyshousemilwaukee! Thank you for the difference you make, Atlas, and thanks to Kathy's House for the pawsome partnership!
This week we got to provide Comfort Paws stress relief visits twice for students and staff at @cristoreymke ! We heard so many positive comments...a favorite was, "This is just happiness." 💗
Thank you to Joyce/Harley (double thanks for attending both days!), Jill/Kevin, Chris/Udo, Shelley/Itsy, Patt/Kiyah, Laurie/Tucker and Kathy/ONX for bringing the happy moments! Thank you also to Cristo Rey for having us!
Many thanks to PHP certified therapy team Jan & @mochithegreatpyrenees for supporting the MSO Sensory Sensitive Concert Resource Fair on Sunday! This was their second year and we heard Chi-Chi was again quite the positive influencer! Thank you both for the difference you make. 💗💗
PHP certified therapy dog Gracie got to celebrate her birthday with her friends at St. John XXII Catholic School in Port Washington! She has made quite the impact for these students. 💗
The response to the Who Rescued Who Art Gallery experience has already been incredibly special.
Thank you to everyone who has shared pieces of you and your dog's story so far. Hearing about the dogs who helped you through grief, made you laugh again, gave you purpose, showed up during your hardest seasons, or simply became your safe place… it’s a reminder that the bond we share with our dogs changes us forever.
That’s exactly why this gallery exists. This experience was created to honor those stories...the quiet ways dogs rescue us right back.
I’m also incredibly honored that this year’s gallery experience will help support the amazing work of Pets Helping People Inc, with a portion of every session fee being donated to their mission of connecting therapy animals with people throughout our community.
Selected participants will receive a personalized photography experience with their dog and a featured artwork piece displayed during Milwaukee’s Fall Gallery Night weekend this October at Salty Paws Milwaukee.
And if you’ve been wondering whether your story is “special enough” to share… this is your reminder that it probably already is.

Some dogs enter our lives quietly. And then somehow change everything.
They help us survive grief. They become the reason we keep moving forward. They teach us how to love deeper. They steady us during seasons no one else fully sees.
I’m looking for dogs whose presence changed someone’s life forever. Not because they’re perfect. But because they mattered.
This limited art gallery experience is presented in collaboration with Salty Paws Milwaukee, with a portion of session fees helping support the incredible work of Pets Helping People Inc and their therapy animal teams throughout our community.
Applications are now open. If you immediately thought of your dog while reading this…this experience may be for you. Apply at unleashedwithlove.com/fall-art-gallery/
